Our well rounded knowledge of the retail space made TESCH the logical choice to build the only known single point of understanding for all cigarette excise tax information. In addition, with partners we led efforts to build a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model for an Enterprise Retail software package that will be used promotionally industry-wide.

Enterprise Functional Analysis - A Fortune 100 retail company is the latest to choose TESCH to define business requirements needed to effectively make an ERP software solution selection. During the implementation we were also tasked with developing the functional mapping of needed business capabilities.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) Selection - TESCH was hired to lead functional requirements collection for various a group of nationally recognized food wholesalers. This involved mapping internal functional needs with the various WMS vendors being considered.

Wholesaler Selection RFP - One of the nation's largest convenience retailers asked TESCH and one of our partners to create their RFP process for selecting wholesalers. As part of this effort, we created a model to effectively evaluate the opportunity between specific wholesale suppliers.

Retail ERP Functional Analysis - We have been hired to co-lead a project to deploy a retail ERP solution. During this effort it was critical to establish the needed functional definition of their business processes in order to collect business requirements to fit the ERP solution to their business.

Technology is changing.

Business Intelligence (BI) - Our rare BI expertise resulted in our leading the design efforts to deploy the first instance of the Cognos Powerplay solution to a large regional audience of retail chains. This involved integrating the business need with the appropriate backend BI solution and the necessary integration to organizational systems.

Enterprise Integration (SOA) - TESCH was hired by a nationally recognized food wholesaler to lead the effort to deploy Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), while also completing a total Warehouse Management System (WMS) to legacy system integration effort - from design to production - in 90 days.
