The Senior Business Analyst role is within our Professional Services group. In this position, you will work with clients to help define their business needs and frame those needs around the solutions that are available to the business. This position is not for the rookie college graduate who wants to get into consulting. This position is for the seasoned successful professional who is seeking an exciting alternative to simply collecting a paycheck. You will work with other Senior Business Consultants to help our clients in their BI implementations. Some travel is required. (60-80%)

Primary Skills required:

- 5+ years of experience in identifying needs for Enterprises, Financial, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Transportation, Supply Chain Management. Particular work history with Food, CPG, Grocery or Convenience Distribution is a plus. Consulting experience is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience with software products that would be considered Business Intelligence, Process Optimization, CRM or Sales Management solutions.

- Must be able to articulate your technical qualifications with these product areas.

- Must have an eye for business process improvement.

- Must be able to spot and identify client issues, handle appropriately, and communicate clearly.

- Provide analysis, design and leadership consulting services to clients within the supply chain, distribution or food industry area of expertise.rmation to branch or regional management.

- Must be willing and able to travel as necessary.
